Here’s a little about my journey and what led me to creating Breathe with Danielle…

I have always been a sensitive soul.

As a child, I felt everything deeply - the emotions in a room, the unspoken tension, the beauty in small moments. But without the tools to understand that sensitivity, I often felt overwhelmed and lost. My teenage years were some of my hardest. I disconnected from myself. I didn’t treat my body or my heart with the care they deserved. I was searching, but I didn’t yet know what I was searching for.

After High School, that search led me out into the world.

I began traveling - living in Europe and South America, immersing myself in different cultures, languages, and ways of being. Travel cracked my world open. It stretched my perspective, softened my judgments, and ignited a deep love for humanity in all its expressions. I became endlessly curious about people, about belief systems, about how others lived and understood life. Somewhere along my travels, someone mentioned Vipassana meditation.

That single conversation changed everything.

In my twenties, I signed up for a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat. Ten days of silence. No phone. No distractions. Just me and the vast inner landscape I had never truly explored. It was confronting. It was humbling. And it was the beginning of turning inward.

Travel opened my mind to the outer world. Meditation opened me to the inner one.

I realized there was an entire universe inside of me - sensations, emotions, patterns, and wisdom just waiting to be witnessed. From there, I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, and personal development. I went through a powerful coaching process that transformed my life so deeply that I knew I wanted to guide others through similar journeys. Becoming a coach wasn’t a career choice, it was a calling born from lived experience.

In my thirties, my path deepened.

I began exploring energy work, Reiki, intuitive development, and the subtle realms of healing. My sensitivity, which once felt overwhelming, became a gift. Somatic work brought me even closer to myself - not just understanding my patterns, but feeling and releasing them through the body.

And then breathwork found me.

Breathwork opened a doorway I didn’t even know existed. It revealed layers of healing I didn’t know I needed. It brought me back into my body in a way that felt alive, powerful, and sacred. It showed me that transformation doesn’t happen through thinking alone - it happens through practice, through embodiment, through breathing into the places we’ve forgotten.

Now, I stand rooted in who I truly am.

Not because I’ve “arrived,” but because I have walked through my own healing. I have lived the questions. I have explored the world outwardly and inwardly. I have gathered tools: yoga, meditation, coaching, energy healing, somatics, movement, and breath -  and integrated them into a way of living.

I created Breathe with Danielle because I believe healing happens in community. We are not meant to do this alone. Real transformation happens when we gather, when we practice together, when we show up honestly and consistently for ourselves and one another.

This space was born from feeling broken, from silence, from travel, from heartbreak, from devotion, from curiosity AND from a deep love of being fully alive in this human experience.

Together, we breathe. Together, we practice. Together, we remember who we truly are.

Because lasting change doesn’t happen by accident. 

It happens through embodied practice.

And you don’t have to walk that path alone.

At Breathe with Danielle, my mission is to create a sacred and transformative space where you can reconnect with your most authentic self through the healing power of breath, movement, and meditation. I’m devoted to guiding you into your body’s wisdom, supporting emotional release, and helping you align with your deepest truth.
